Miho Hayashi is a registered architect in Japan and an original founder of the company.

She has over 15 years of experience in architectural design and is currently responsible for the administrative and clerical divisions of the firm.

Miho coordinates office support services and is responsible for facilities management.

She also facilitates contract negotiation and guides the team members toward continually improving project delivery and overall project profitability.

She directs the financial operations of the firm.
