Miho Hayashi is a registered architect in Japan and a founding member of our company.
Before making her mark in the United States, she honed her skills at a structural engineering firm in Osaka. Her deep-rooted passion for her craft led her to actively partake in shaping the company’s journey from its inception.
Initially tending to various needs of the company, including CAD drafting, Miho naturally gravitated towards assuming a pivotal role in business management throughout the years. Her unwavering support and coordination have been instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, and she presently oversees the HR and clerical divisions of the company.
Fluent in both English and Japanese, Miho embodies the spirit of our international reach and proficiency.
