Historic building restoration including cast iron facade and roof.
This building is located between Grand Street and Broome Street in the SoHo Cast Iron District. It was designed by architect J. Morgan Slade for retail use and was completed in 1882. The neo-Grec style street facade is composed of painted cast iron detailing.
We were contracted to perform a full exterior inspection and restoration plan under special agreement with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.
