Historic building restoration including brick masonry, terracotta and stone details.

Located in the Grand Concourse Historic District near Yankee Stadium, the building was originally constructed as a hotel whose notable guests included Babe Ruth and Mickey Mantle and is currently programmed for senior housing.

Restoration included reconstruction of the original brickwork, terracotta urns and stone repairs, reconstruction of the masonry parapets and new roofing membrane.
