Scott Henson has advanced the field of preservation through his hands-on approach to craftsmanship and traditional building practices as demonstrated in his nationally recognized projects.

Miho Hayashi is a registered architect in Japan and an original founder of the company.

Eric Hammarberg has been surrounded by construction his entire life, the third generation of a family of building contractors. He has cultivated a technical expertise in craftsmanship and construction, sharing with his team an array of projects.

Jane Sanders’ work focuses on sustainability, maximizing space and light, sensitivity to historic details and clean, understated design.

Matthew Radune has focused on sustainable design as a lens to view every project that he works on. Much of his work experience involves retrofitting and adaptive reuse of existing and historic buildings, a crucial sector for climate mitigation goals.

Marc grew up on a construction site; the impetus: an ambitious father with a dream of building a home for his family. Surrounded continuously by little projects, Marc developed skills of construction, boundless curiosity, an eye for detailing, and a knack for problem-solving while assisting with the ever-evolving venture that was his childhood home.

Cory Rouillard is an active advocate for climate leadership through preservation. In her award-winning work, she promotes technical guidance for the appropriate care of existing buildings to both protect our cultural heritage and meet our carbon mitigation targets.
